Since december 2000 I am working as a freelance designer and illustrator, specialized in designing publications for kids and teenagers. Clients include: Stationary Team Europe, Sanoma publishers, City of Amsterdam, ETOS, Kinki Kappers, various design agencies and publishers.
2010
The illustration i made of the 'Hiroshima Lantern Ceremony' was shown on the 58th Fine Art PEACE Exhibition, 8-18 September at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse No1 in Yokohama.
2009

2008
4th place in a design contest for the official mascot of the Dutch Olympic Team and the Dutch Paralympic Team, in collaboration with Tamar de Klijn/TOKO73. In assignment of the Dutch Olympic Comite (NOC*NSF).
2007
1st place in a design contest for festive lighting and logo for one of the commercial streets in Amsterdam, in collaboration with Tamar de Klijn/TOKO73. In assignment of The Warmoesstraat entrepreneurs and Kunstenaars&Co (artists association).
2006
1st place in a pitch to design a mascot for the City of Amsterdam/XXXS: event-website for teenagers in Amsterdam. In collaboration with Petra Gijzen/ Studio Swirl Amsterdam.
